A reason to look closely
If your child reads bog for dog or writes a 5 where an s should be, flashcards can help, but they can get boring quickly. What works is practice, lots of it, like looking at the pair side by side, many times, with a reason to get it right. In these puzzles every square holds a look-alike mark, and each mark tells your child which shade to use. Read them all correctly and a summer picture appears. Mix them up and the picture shows it.
