Weekly Booklet Activity Guide
Create an 8-page booklet for tracking daily tasks throughout the week. Print on a single A4 landscape page, then fold and cut to create a cute, compact weekly planner with extra space for notes.
When to use it
- Weekly chore charts for children to track daily responsibilities.
- Homework planners with daily tasks and subjects to complete.
- Habit tracking for building routines (reading, exercise, practice).
- Family activity planners for holidays or special weeks.
Tips for best results
- Use emojis in your task list to make it more engaging for children.
- Keep tasks short and specific (e.g., "📖 Read 20 minutes" not "Reading").
- Use rainbow colour mode for visual appeal, black & white for printer economy.
Setting up the Booklet Template
- Enter your daily tasks (one per line) in the tasks field.
- Choose whether your week starts on Monday or Sunday.
- Select rainbow colours or black & white printing.
- Click "Print" to generate the booklet on A4 landscape.
- Fold the printed sheet to create your 8-page booklet (instructions below).

Folding instructions
- Print the booklet on A4 landscape paper with zero margins.
- Fold the sheet in half vertically (top to bottom).
- Fold the sheet in half horizontally (left to right). The fold it again so there are 4 vertical fold lines in total
- Open the booklet to reveal the 8 pages in correct order.
- Fold the sheet in half horizontally and cut into the middle of the page creating a slit.
- Unfold the sheet and fold it top to bottom now. Squish the paper towards the middle creating a diamond shaped empty space in the centre. Push together until there are two pages (like a + looking from the top).
- Push the left page to the back so that the title page (the start of the booklet) is facing you.
